Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Act(FIPPA) was established and came into force in 2001 for the purpose of augmentation of the legal framework and better protection of foreign investment in Iran.
AHP could obtain FIPPA license for foreign investors through Organization for Investment, Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran.
